Lawn Care Agreement

Work closely with the company representative to determine the terms of the lawn care and landscaping contract. If the contractor provides their own model and you want to change certain conditions, meet with them in person and negotiate them. Lawn maintenance is carried out in such a way that when mowing all lawns, no more than 1/3 of the leaf blades per occurrence are removed weekly or if necessary. Mower blades are always sharp to get a high-quality cut. The mowing height is maintained between 3 1/4″ and 4 1/4″. Mowing models are used alternately to prevent damage to the lawn. Cuttings are left on the lawn as long as there are no clearly visible lumps left on the surface of the grass 36 hours after mowing. Otherwise, large pieces of mowing are dispensed by mechanical blowing or collected and removed by Winkler`s Lawn Care, LLC. An additional fee will be charged for the disposal fee. Tree rings and planting beds, as well as all buildings, walkways, fences, driveways, parking lots and other areas limited by grass, are pruned each time mowed and lined (every two weeks) as needed. Areas that are not safe for mowing operations are pruned.

Sections of sidewalks, curbs and pavements are blown out immediately after mowing and/or edges using a mechanical fan. Weeding and trimming/spraying cracks, curbs and seams in paved surfaces or fences is NOT included in your regular lawn care service. Please contact our office to learn more about these additional services. A landscaper is a person who is hired as a caretaker of a lawn or garden in exchange for compensation. The main goal is to provide an aesthetic appearance that matches the landscape and surrounding areas. A landscaper must work where and when, as defined in his client`s schedule. In this agreement, a lawn service provider agrees to provide lawn mowing services to a company or individual. The lawn service provider is not an employee of the company or the individual. Read More A lawn care contract is a legal agreement between a lawn care company and its client that sets out the details of lawn care and its timing. You don`t need to hire an expensive lawyer to help you create this contract – you can use our online form builder or simply upload a lawn care contract template. A lawn care contract allows a client to enter into an agreement with a landscaper for commercial or private services for a fee.

The landscaper usually provides lawn mowing, protections, mowing and other maintenance requests from the client. Services are usually provided according to the plan, especially for business customers, with the customer paying a recurring weekly or monthly amount. A monthly advance is a fixed amount paid to a landscaping company for the provision of lawn care services. Services are set in the agreement to be the same every month, which is common for lawns in areas of the southern United States that receive active sunshine year-round. Lawn maintenance should be performed weekly for the months of April, May, June, July, August, September and October and every two weeks/as needed for the months of March, November and December. Your regular day of service will be scheduled by the lawn care manager. We maintain a regular weekday service schedule, but Winkler`s Lawn Care & Landscape, LLC reserves the right to adjust your day of service to accommodate more efficient route and/or weather issues. In case of bad weather or public holiday, the service will be scheduled on the next available business day.

Payments not received by the 15th of each month of service may be subject to a late payment fee. Winkler`s Lawn Care & Landscape reserves the right to charge a 5% late fee, suspend the service or, upon written notice, cancel the service for any account on which the balance is unpaid. If the service is suspended due to a pending balance, the account must be updated before restoring the service. If additional work is required to bring the property back to an acceptable level where services can be provided on a regular basis, an additional fee will be charged. In the event of default, the Client agrees to reimburse Winkler`s Lawn Care & Landscape, LLC for all administrative costs, collection costs, attorneys` fees, admission costs and/or legal costs. The customer further agrees to pay a fee of $35.00 for each cheque returned by the bank for all reasons. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days` written notice prior to the date of termination. This Agreement is binding on the parties and their successors, legal representatives and assigns. Before entering into an agreement, research local arborists and lawn care companies. Ask a lot of questions to find a company that has enough expertise for your garden and situation.

Make sure the business is licensed in your community and check their certificate of liability. Each contract is concluded and signed to protect the interests of both parties. This will avoid misunderstandings on both sides, explain what the customer expects from the lawn service company, and promise that the contractor will be paid for the services provided. Just like a landscaping contract, a lawn care contract falls into the category of construction contracts that require a full description of the services for which the client pays, so be sure to formalize the agreement as a guarantee. .
